BIRDEX is a collectible-based strategy dashboard: a Bird, a personal Nest profile, and the Flock's market education and simulations, built around 2,026 access credentials.

• •BIRD — your access credential. An ERC-721 collectible that unlocks the dashboard and, where you choose to use it, a personal Nest profile.
• •NEST — your personal Nest profile. A configuration you build and direct: which eligible assets, what weights, what cadence, what spending cap. Nothing executes without your authorization, and you can pause or revoke it at any time.
• •FOLIO — any real position, in your own account at a licensed partner. Regulated, separate, and never carried by the Bird: Bird artwork and Folio positions transfer as separate assets.
• •FLOCK — market education and simulations. Rankings, strategy browsing, and user-directed watchlists built from public Nests — a way to learn what other Birds are doing, not a signal to copy blindly, and not investment advice.

Some structures blur the line between a collectible and a security. BIRDEX draws that line on purpose, in plain language:

• ✕You do not earn stocks by holding a Bird. Holding a Bird does not, by itself, generate assets, yield, or rewards. Nothing accrues from ownership alone.
• ✕A Bird is not an “NFT-backed portfolio.” It does not represent fractional ownership of a fund, and it is not collateral for anyone's financial position.
• ✕Your Bird does not own shares. Where a Nest is configured to build tokenized stock exposure, that exposure sits in your Folio, issued and custodied by a regulated third party (Section 05) — never manufactured or promised by BIRDEX.
• ✕Marketplace activity is not passive income. Fees fund product development. They create no entitlement to revenue, yield, or distributions for Bird holders.
• ✕A Nest does not run an automated trading strategy on your behalf, and BIRDEX does not invest for you. Every execution follows a configuration you set, inside spending limits you authorized — nothing more, nothing discretionary.
• ✕Nothing here is a guaranteed basket, “real yield,” a revenue share, or a stock reward distributed to holders. Markets move in both directions. A Nest can lose money, including all of it.

A Bird is one of 2,026 ERC-721 tokens — identity, access, and history. Badges and reputation attach to it as non-financial platform rewards: non-transferable, application-level achievements that carry no cash value and are not redeemable for stock, tokens, or fees.

A Bird's collectible value is driven by the market for the collectible itself — rarity, history, provenance — not by any promised return.

A Nest is user-directed: you pick the assets, you set the weights, you set the cadence and the spending cap, and one signature authorizes it. BIRDEX does not exercise discretion over a Nest, does not rebalance it without your input, and does not decide what a Nest buys.

Copying a public Nest copies the configuration only — your capital, your schedule, your authorization. It does not send funds to the original Bird and does not make anyone an asset manager.

Where a Nest is configured to build tokenized stock exposure, the resulting Folio position runs entirely through an optional partner-powered financial integration: Robinhood Chain and its Stock Tokens, issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited — a regulated party independent of BIRDEX.

Stock Tokens are tokenized debt securities that provide economic exposure to underlying equities. They do not grant legal or beneficial ownership of the underlying shares, and availability is restricted by jurisdiction, including the United States. BIRDEX is a dashboard and access layer over this integration — it is not the broker, custodian, or issuer of anything a Folio holds.

Transferring a Bird transfers the collectible, its identity, and the Nest configuration it carries — the artwork and the settings, nothing financial. It does not transfer a Folio position: any real position lives in your own account at a licensed partner and is bought and sold as a separate asset. The account behind a Bird sold as Art Only transfers empty.

This split is a custody boundary, not a financial promise: it creates no yield, generates no return, and entitles either party to nothing beyond the specific asset the listing names. Every listing states which asset it transfers — Art Only or Folio Position — precisely so buyers and sellers can verify what will move before every sale.

BIRDEX ships today in demo mode: every figure on the site is deterministic, simulated data — market education and simulations, not a live chain read. No wallet is connected by default, and no real funds are at risk until that changes. The preview banner and per-surface labels on every page mark exactly which numbers are simulated.
